How is the poet feeling? The poet is feeling abandonded lost and alone.
Why are they feeling this way? The poet is feeling like this because he starts to mention the 'stillness of death' he mentions the silence. He is going to feel alone as nobody is there.
How do you know? Because the poem says about the cold, the darkness and other things. It says about the tombs and the past. He isnt happy about something that has happened before.
